SCNZ.ru responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to submit a valid notice and what happens next.
What we do
SCNZ.ru is an index site. We do not host any files on our servers. All content referenced here is hosted by third-party services. We provide information and links only — but we will promptly remove links from our index in response to a valid notice.
What a valid notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on our site you claim are infringing.
- Your contact information (name and email at minimum).
- A good-faith-belief statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details. Send counter-notices to admin@scnz.ru.
Repeat infringers & disclaimer
We terminate access for repeat infringers. This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Knowingly submitting a false notice may carry legal liability.
